"The tap water was full of mud and very dirty, and there was no warm water at all, so we could only take cold showers, which was unacceptable on an October night. On the morning of October 8th, the woman at the front desk, Lidijia, said she could do nothing but say sorry and asked us to request a partial refund through the booking website, while promising that the hotel would refund 20% of the accommodation fee."

"Terrible. Rooms Pino was a terrible disappointment. If you’re willing to tolerate twenty-somethings diving in the pool at 5am, empty beer cans and ash trays littering the sun lounges and jacuzzi area, then maybe this place is for you. However, sleepless nights are probably not what your average family or couple is looking for in an accommodation which mistakenly uses ‘Luxury’ in its name. The only luxury about Rooms Pino is the soap. Our room was tired with dirty bathroom walls and holes in the bedstead. We spent two nights at Rooms Pino which was two nights too many. We were disturbed both nights by youths jumping in and out of the pool in the early hours of the morning. At least we were able to meet the manager to explain face-to-face our review before leaving with haste after our second disrupted night. Perhaps with a little more ‘visible’ hands-on management (i.e. someone being present on site to manage the accommodation during the afternoon and evening), this type of behaviour by other residents could be avoided. However, leaving poolside lights and music on all night is a recipe for disaster. This was by far the most disappointing holiday experience. I dislike writing negative reviews, but in this case it’s impossible to write anything else. Beware, you book Rooms Pino at your own risk."

The hotel was cleaned everyday and had a lovely swimming pool and sauna. However the jacuzzi was not working. Regardless the hotel lived up to high standards 10/10."

"Very bad, except for the slightly better location I thought it was a room for four people, but it turned out to be a folding bed and a sofa bed in the living room I don't know how it's luxurious, it's broken and small, and the breakfast is unpalatable And the music was playing all night, and I asked the front desk to turn it off but it didn't work, and I couldn't sleep at all. And I couldn't refund it in advance, it's really bad, it cost 2500 for one night, my God, I'm really wronged, this is the first time I booked a hotel on Ctrip that is so unworthy of its reputation. Even if you want to refund, Ctrip can't contact the agent because the agent doesn't work on weekends, so everyone should be cautious when booking overseas hotels on Ctrip."

"We stayed at House Sandra for just one night before traveling to Hvar Island. The room and facilities were really good. Apart from the table and chairs in the apartment there was also a table and chairs at the top of the stone stairs before going into the rooms. Nice for sitting having a bottle of wine in the quiet stone back street only 10 mins walk with your bags from the port and airport shuttle bus. We pulled our bag up a bit of an incline to the rooms but its easy enough...a little bit more of a struggle up the stone steps but our fault for bringing a heavy bag. We didnt make any meals but everything was there to do so - we ate at Villa Diane which was recommended to us and reallt lovely (reasonabley priced stone oven pizza) by the owner of House Sandra and was in the next street. Communication by the owner was excellent and esponses quick. The owner offers a taxi service too from the airport. All in all we were very pleased. Thank you!"

"Lovely modern hotel just outside Split. It is 20 mins walk from the centre. In the high season, it is extremely hot so we left before 8am most days.  It is maybe 5 euros by taxi and there are good bus links. I did not try the food but it has a lovely indoor pool with a view of the mountains."
